At Sire, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sire account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
